School boards officials are elected to make sure you get the education you need for the future. It is our daily lives are most affected by their decisions, so it is essential for us to voice our opinions. You are your own best advocate -- show up to a meeting and share your story.
Whether you are old enough to vote or not, elected representatives -- from the mayor to the President of the United States -- have a responsibility to protect your present and future. Send a message that you want them to consider scientific evidence when they craft policy.
